With 8 days to go we thought it about time to send you some tourganising information!!!

So, here it is:
Location: Old Loughtonians Hockey Club, Luxborough Lane, Chigwell, IG7 5AB

Tour Itinerary
On the Friday night the bar opens at 6pm and pizzas will be provided for those arriving early enough (note that only portaloos will be available til that time).
Plan to arrive as early as you can to allow time to put up tents! We'll plan to grab a camp area so look out for the Mutineer flags - and find Morticia to collect your tour shirt to wear for the first nights getting to know each other fun.
Saturday morning begins with brekkie, then tourno begins and runs through Sunday. No doubt dice games will feature heavily in between games.
Saturday evening is Hogroast and dressing up night - looking forward to seeing you all in your finest dead-ery.
Sunday evening is fines night: gather round the Mutineer campfire/gazebo to accept your weekend worth of fines.
Sunday evening is CURRY and Europop night, so anyone that was missing Eurovision can have a second dose on Sunday night... dressing up not mandatory but I think some rather nice 80s Europoppy brights will do (think Buck's Fizz!)!

So, I know you're wondering now 'help! what should I pack???'

1) Tent 2) hockey kit 3) dressing up outfit 4) PJ's 5) toothbrush

... and finally but most importantly snakey ingredients: This saves us a fortune at the bar most years so we've continued the tradition: All ladies need to bring with them a case of cider (12-15 cans, whatever's on deal, usually 'bow). All the chaps please pop along with a case of lager of approximately the same size please (fosters/carling'll do). We shall provide serving equipment.

GOOD NEWS!!!!

Tour is now all booked and ready to go, we WILL be attending Fun in the Forest hosted by Old Loughts at the end of May bank holiday.

Thanks to the latest additions that Basingstoke Hockey Club has given us, we actually have a decent squad, and so will be ready to go in just about a month’s time!

Shirts: tick!
Socks: tick!
Commemorative splash jackets: TICK!

So, to the important stuff for you tour go-ers... tour theme:

‘THE GREAT UNDEAD’

I’m looking forward to seeing all the Undead, zombified, mummified and all over ‘dead’ outfits that we have to offer, as the tour organisers have emphasised: fancy dress is MANDATORY...

As our 15th year of tour, this may well be the final year, so get TOUR while you can!!!

Mutineer Clothing
To accompany our 15 years of being, the commemorative clothing item will be splash jackets in navy with sky and (maybe) white trim. Pics to follow. Not that exciting, but let’s face it we are more about the practical these days....

There will also be tour shirts for anyone that wants one, even if you are not attending.

Just to let you know the pics from Worthing are now updated, and 2010 fines have also now been added to the site.

As we will be at the New Year by the time I get this uploaded, I’ll also let you know about tour plans for 2011:

Crystal (15th) Tour:
We plan to head to pastures new again and try something completely different:
Tour Date will be the Whitsun May Bank Holiday: 27th - 30th May
Location: Old Loughts “Fun in the Forest”
At the moment the plan is to enter one Mixed team, however there is a ladies and mens tourno as well, so depending on numbers there is the option to switch things around.

Accommodation options are a) tents (Dolts favoured option) or b) hotel. There is an obvious cost differential.
